De Agostini, one of Europe's largest publishers of educational and entertainment publications, has made its U.S. debut with the release of the highly acclaimed How My Body Works app on iOS.
A kid friendly introduction to the human body, How My Body Works uses 3D male and female models to guide readers on an interactive adventure through the human body, right from an iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch.
The app allows readers to discover the human body by combining fun, learning, and scientific content in an engaging experience for all ages. Choosing one of two guides, users explore the body's levels, including skin, muscles, and bones, while touring the various organs and systems.
How My Body Works features:
- Anatomically correct 3D models allow users to rotate, zoom, and
explore the different levels of the human body
- 248 hotspots located on navigable 3D model with in-depth information
- 315 stunning illustrations in HD featuring scientific insights
-Over 100 colorful animations explain, in detail, the function of

Individual systems for the app are available as in-app purchases for $1.99 each, while the bundle package containing all of the body's systems is available for $9.99.
