East Side Games has launched Dragon Up, its newest game for iOS! Hatch and raise beautiful, hand-animated dragons and send them on trips to juggle gnomes, collect treasure, and barf gold!

The game sports a simple art-style reminiscent of Saturday morning cartoons. Some might find parallels to the popular cartoon Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. Players begin the game at the bottom of a dragon roost and are tasked with hatching their first egg. With a few taps a happy, snarky dragon will appear and the game really begins. Send your dragon on a quest and watch him fly into the sky leaving a rainbow trail in his path.
As you continue to play the game, you'll encounter tons of different dragons. My personal favourite is the 8-bit dragon, available for $1.99 as a special promotion. Overall, the game is full of vibrant colors, cheeky writing, and addictive gameplay. It's definitely worth checking out.
