For the first time job seekers and employers can connect using video interviewing right from their Android mobile device.
Ever wanted to take your job search on the go? Well Spark Hire makes this prospect easy for both job seekers and employers with their recently released Android app.
Using the app, job seekers can take part in a one-way video interivew or even upload a video resume from wherever life takes you. Employers can use the app to watch recorded interviews and resumes at any time in their busy schedules.
The new and first-ever video interviewing Android app makes it easier for job seekers and employers to connect, no matter where they are or how packed their calendar.
Using the Spark Hire platform, employers can send candidates written questions to answer on video. Called a one-way video interview, or Spotlight Interview, job seekers can now record their answers directly from their Android phone or tablet.
Haven't quite gotten to the interview stage yet? That's no problem. Job seekers can also use the app to upload video resumes to show off their personality, communication skills, and passion for the job.
Employers can watch the one-way video interview answers and video resumes from anywhere, at any time, from their Android device.
"The release of our Android application marks a significant step for our company and the video recruiting industry as a whole," said Josh Tolan, CEO of Spark Hire. "Our mission is to help companies around the world adapt video interviewing technology into their hiring processes, while also helping candidates find their dream jobs."
